Nothing like a little beach traffic to remind us Summer has officially arrived at the beach.  Amid your Cookouts and Condo meetings today don't forget to give thanks to the many Veterans and Active Military and Service men and women who fought for our freedom and continue to protect the old USA and our way of life.

Coastal Club Resort Community has Broken Ground in Lewes, Delaware

Coastal Club located just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean has broken ground and boast to be the newest luxury resort community at the beach.  

Just west of 5 Points construction has started on a 600 home development with amenities galore, including swim up pool bar, established scenic walking trail, and a 15,000 square foot Club House featuring an indoor pool and Coffee Haus.  

The community will feature three of the areas home builders including NV Homes, Beazer, and Schell Brothers.  Beazer homes will be offering their town home product starting in the $240's, while NV Homes will feature its popular Armistead and Borquist model starting in the high $300's.  Pricing for the Schell Brother's product will be slightly higher with the model displayed started in the $700's.
